
Investing.com – Greece stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Athens, the fell 0.32% to hit a new all time low.
The best performers of the session on the were Autohellas (AT:), which rose 4.50% or 0.45 points to trade at 10.45 at the close. Meanwhile, Coca Cola HBC AG (AT:) added 4.38% or 0.7000 points to end at 16.7000 and Alpha Bank SA (AT:) was up 4.02% or 0.045 points to 1.165 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Viohalco SA (AT:), which fell 8.13% or 0.087 points to trade at 0.983 at the close. Iaso (AT:) declined 6.98% or 0.030 points to end at 0.400 and Ellaktor (AT:) was down 6.30% or 0.063 points to 0.937.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Athens Stock Exchange by 52 to 38 and 19 ended unchanged.

Gold for April delivery was down 0.53% or 6.40 to $1192.20 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in March fell 0.47% or 0.13 to hit $27.81 a barrel, while the April Brent oil contract rose 1.95% or 0.59 to trade at $30.91 a barrel.
EUR/USD was down 0.76% to 1.1207, while EUR/GBP fell 0.78% to 0.7744.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.45% at 96.47.
