The worst performers of the session were Adidas AG NA O.N. (DE:), which fell 1.02% or 0.910 points to trade at 88.140 at the close. Infineon Technologies AG NA O.N. (DE:) added 0.19% or 0.020 points to end at 10.500 and SAP AG O.N. (DE:) was up 0.60% or 0.390 points to 65.290.
The top performers on the MDAX were Salzgitter AG O.N. (DE:) which rose 16.11% to 20.330, Gerry Weber Internat.O.N. (DE:) which was up 9.30% to settle at 12.985 and Gerresheimer AG (DE:) which gained 8.76% to close at 63.960.
The worst performers were Fielmann AG O.N. (DE:) which was down 1.70% to 65.910 in late trade, Osram Licht (DE:) which lost 1.65% to settle at 37.396 and Elringklinger AG NA O.N. (DE:) which was down 1.40% to 19.680 at the close.
The top performers on the TecDAX were Telefonica Deutschland Holding AG (DE:) which rose 5.32% to 4.319, Nemetschek AG O.N. (DE:) which was up 5.28% to settle at 36.090 and BB Biotech AG (DE:) which gained 4.54% to close at 194.500.
The worst performers were LPKF Laser & Electronics (DE:) which was down 4.66% to 5.724 in late trade, Kontron AG O.N. (DE:) which lost 3.72% to settle at 2.869 and CompuGroup Medical AG O.N. (DE:) which was down 1.83% to 32.250 at the close.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 506 to 186 and 28 ended unchanged.
Shares in LPKF Laser & Electronics (DE:) fell to 3-years lows; losing 4.66% or 0.280 to 5.724.
